Information should be provided in the language, format and method that works for you.

04

Advocacy

You may involve a family member, nominee, advocate or other chosen support person.

05

Freedom from harm

Violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation and discrimination are never acceptable.

Important status statement

This information describes Planstead's developing quality framework. It is not a claim that Planstead is currently registered, certified, audited or endorsed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or the NDIA. Policies, registers, training records and operating evidence must be implemented and maintained—not merely published—to support an audit.
